3) What is the Legal Basis for Collecting Your Personal Data?

Your personal data are processed by MKM Forest Products Mob. Construction Contracting Industry and Trade Inc. based on the following legal reasons stipulated in Article 5 of PDPL:

(i) Being explicitly stipulated by laws,
(ii) Being necessary for the personal data of the parties of a contract, provided that it is directly related to the establishment or performance of the contract,
(iii) Being mandatory for the data controller to fulfill its legal obligation,
(iv) Being mandatory for the establishment, exercise, or protection of a right,
(v) Provided that it does not harm the fundamental rights and freedoms of the data subject, being mandatory for the legitimate interests of the data controller.

4) Do We Transfer Your Personal Data to a Third Party?

a) Personal data of our visitors may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and when requested by law.

) Personal data of our customers may be shared with banks, insurance companies, law enforcement and judicial authorities, and logistics companies for reasons such as conducting finance processes, resolving legal disputes, and conducting logistics activities.

c) Personal data of our potential customers may be shared with law enforcement and judicial authorities for the purpose of resolving legal disputes and when requested by law.

d) Personal data of our supplier employees may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, law enforcement and judicial authorities, and banks for the purpose of conducting occupational health/safety activities, resolving legal disputes, and conducting finance processes.

e) Personal data of our supplier representatives may be shared with the relevant public institutions and organizations, law enforcement and judicial authorities, banks, and insurance companies for the purpose of conducting finance processes, resolving legal disputes, and conducting logistics activities.

5) How Long Do We Retain Your Personal Data?

Your personal data will be stored for the period stipulated in the relevant legislation or, in the absence of such regulation, for a period necessary for the purpose for which they are processed. After the end of this period, your personal data will be deleted, destroyed, or anonymized.

6) What Are Your Rights Regarding Your Personal Data?

As the data subject, you have the following rights under Article 11 of PDPL:

– To learn whether your personal data is processed,
– To request information if your personal data has been processed,
– To learn the purpose of processing your personal data and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose,
– To know the third parties in the country or abroad to whom personal data has been transferred,
– To request correction of personal data if it is incomplete or incorrectly processed,
– To request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of PDPL,
– To request notification of the operations carried out in accordance with subparagraphs (d) and (e) of this paragraph to third parties to whom personal data has been transferred,
– To object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems,
– To claim compensation for the damage in case of loss due to unlawful processing of personal data.

You can submit your requests regarding your rights to MKM Orman Ürünleri Mob. İnş. Taah. San. Tic. Ltd. Şti. in accordance with the “Communiqué on the Principles and Procedures for the Request to Data Controller”.
